3mm Society – Terms and conditions of trading

• The Society is an unincorporated association to which all members belong and we contract with each other equally to supply goods and services solely for our own purposes. Purchases should contact the relevant shop keeper for any transaction and in case of unresolvable matters contact the Society Secretary at 9, Howard Close. Terrington St Clement. Norfolk. PE34 4JT.
• Payment Terms: All payments are due immediately in pounds sterling and are normally paid in advance of delivery. Payments are preferably made via our card payment provider, Paypal but in certain circumstances like Society meetings, Cards (preferred) cash and cheques are also acceptable.
• Shipping & Delivery: Shipping and delivery charges are paid by the purchaser and are charged at cost.  Online orders attract a flat rate per order for each shop. If the order requires additional charges (e.g. for large or offshore/overseas) an additional invoice will be sent prior to shipment. NB. The cost of shipping may also include the costs of packaging materials.
• Returns & Refunds: We offer a refund or replacement service for damaged or defective new items which is in addition to your statutory rights. In the UK that includes the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receipt, if you return the goods in good, resaleable condition to us at your expense. Contact the shops concerned with any questions, or to arrange refunds and cancellations.
• Intellectual Property: The Society retains the intellectual property on it’s own products and services which includes any acquired through the assumption of ownerships of any third party products. 
• Limitation of Liability: The Society will not be liable for claims arising from;
  • the improper use of its products and services, howsoever caused. 
  • The late or incorrect delivery of products or services.
• Governing Law: The Society operates under English law.
